We do know Rossi as an entrepreneur and as an engineer, and both ends of the spectrum are being covered by whatever he’s doing. He has taken the engineering end of the spectrum and has applied for fitting patents that will be protecting his intellectual property, and the entrepreneurial end is that, which is being advanced with the robotization of the factory and preparation for the mass manufacturing of domestic Energy Catalyzers.
Unfortunately if things were dependent on Rossi alone, that would be one thing, but they don’t. Both sides of the same coin – commercial and engineering are dependent on the inventor and on other parties involved. When he was asked about his “concerns as an entrepreneur regarding the factory,” he answered saying that “there [were] factors that [did] not depend” on them. He specifically mentioned the certifications that serve as some sort of restraints for now, and pending patent status can also be attributed to this category. When it comes to those issues that are up to Rossi and his personnel, this environment is controllable, whereas when it comes to the areas that need to be taken care by others, that’s when it becomes tricky, because it is also a controllable environment but it is controlled by somebody else. And with the timebomb technology that Rossi’s E-Cat Fusion is, it should not be surprising that there are some powers that are not overly interested in having his technology unveiled for the world to utilize.
“Many other factors can change, this is a battle” – another little comment of Rossi to the question asked. He is particularly referring to the same issue of certifications as the robotization process can’t be completed until he receives clear guidelines concerning what is expected of him and his E-Cats. The “this is a battle” part yet again perhaps refers to the idea of quite a few “foes” of the technology of Low Energy Nuclear Reactions in general and his Energy catalyzers in particular. That does not necessarily mean that physical battle is on, but intellectually there have been a great deal of attacks made, where his words and actions and tests were scrutinized, misinterpreted and read between the lines.
