Review: Rudy Project Sportmask Performance

We absolutely loved these high-performance peepers, and it’s easy to see why they grace the brows of top cyclists and triathletes like Chris McCormack. By far the most comfortable on the face, they never slipped and the lens was so nice we completely forgot we were wearing them — so much that we accidentally wore them into a restaurant. Better yet, they proved hard to scratch, and in places where we did gouge them, the polycarbonate lenses — which are tinted throughout rather than just coated with tinting on the inside or outside — did not show any bright spots in the sun. But crash-test dummies beware: These were the only shades to fail our impact test.
